Octapharma Plasma, Inc. in Bedford, Texas seeks a Plasma Center Technician to determine donor eligibility, collect plasma, and process products while maintaining compliance with FDA SOPs and safety standards.

You will ensure excellent donor service, monitor donor conditions, operate automated plasmapheresis equipment, and perform routine quality control and documentation to support product quality and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Three months' experience in clerical or customer service positions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility and oversee plasma collection and processing in compliance with SOPs and regulations.
• Maintain donor confidentiality and provide a positive donor experience.
• Operate plasmapheresis equipment, respond to alarms, and disconnect donors when needed.
• Perform quality control on equipment and ensure proper recordkeeping.
• Assist with shipment preparation and adhere to safety and biohazard procedures.
