You will ensure donor safety, maintain clean facilities, and operate plasmapheresis equipment following SOPs. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, excellent donor service, and teamwork, with opportunities for training and career development within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three months’ experience in clerical or customer service preferred.
• State-specific certification or licensing may be required.
• Basic computer knowledge required.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Ensures operation complies with state and federal regulations (FDA, OSHA, CLIA, GMP).
• Maintains high level of customer service and positive donor experience.
• Keeps work area clean and stocked to meet production demands.
• Operates and maintains donor center equipment as per SOPs.
• Monitors donor conditions and ensures donor safety and product quality.
• Maintains donor confidentiality and accurate record keeping.
• Troubleshoots machine alarms and performs routine QCs.
• Performs other related tasks and assists with training.
