Job summary

Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a Donor Center professional to evaluate donor eligibility for plasmapheresis and immunizations, conduct medical history reviews, and ensure compliance with FDA/CLIA standards.

You will maintain logs and work with the NexLynk system to document donor data. Responsibilities include counseling donors on results, deferring per SOP, and coordinating with a Licensed Physician for complex cases while maintaining confidentiality and high service quality in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Graduate of a recognized healthcare-related educational program or equivalent.
• Must hold a state license/certification appropriate to work (RN, LPN, EMT, Paramedic) and maintain licensure.
• One year or more of related healthcare/donor center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility for plasmapheresis and immunizations according to SOPs and FDA/CLIA rules.
• Perform medical history reviews and health assessments for donors.
• Maintain accurate Physician Communication Logs and use NexLynk donor management system.
• Counsel donors on results and defer when required per SOP.
