Job summary

Qualifications

• Active licensure or foreign medical degree with license.
• Minimum 1 year in a health care setting or clinical training.
• Experience in plasma/whole blood center preferred.
• Ability to assess physical signs and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate donor suitability for automated pheresis procedures.
• Administer approved immunizations and provide emergency care as needed.
• Promote positive donor relations and conduct donor interviews.
• Review donor medical history and assess health status.
• Explain informed consent and document donor information accurately.
• Respond to medically related questions and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to SOPs, HSE and OSHA policies.
