Qualifikationen

• Must hold state nursing license or EMT certification as listed.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• FDA biosafety training for BioLife Medical Support Specialist.
• 2+ years clinical or hospital experience.
• Knowledge of plasma collection regulations preferred.

Aufgaben

• Determine donor eligibility, including informed consent, medical history, and screening tests.
• Evaluate donor reactions and manage medical emergencies per SOPs.
• Refer to Center Physician or Medical Affairs for abnormal findings or medical issues.
• Support Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees.
• Manage employee incidents and coordinate with EHS for investigations.
• Act as Pandemic Coordinator when authorized by EHS/Medical Affairs.
