Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Moorhead, MN seeks a part-time donor screener with phlebotomy duties. Shifts are 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, designed to fit your life. You will greet donors, screen them, take vital signs, and support center operations.

You must be able to stand, lift light weights, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role starts at $17 per hour with paid training and benefits; a flexible schedule and a patient-centered team complete the offer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to walk/stand for the entire shift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, and reach overhead and below knees.
• Lift up to 5 lbs., occasional work up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
• Good fine motor skills, depth perception, and hearing equipment from a distance.
• 90% glove wear due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
• 1+ year in customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, and coordinate compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes.
• Work varied shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
