Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in West Fargo, ND is seeking a patient-facing, part-time Plasma Donor Screener to support center operations with phlebotomy and donor screening.

Shifts are typically 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, with evenings, weekends, and holidays required; you’ll be informed of schedule changes in advance.

The position starts at $17.00 per hour and includes a comprehensive benefits program and paid training to help you grow with our team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand/walk for the full shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 32 lbs.
• Experience in customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring donor safety and smooth operations.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities for center process improvements using approved procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
