Qualificações

• Must be licensed as RN/NP/PA in the state of duties.
• Current CPR and AED certification required.
• State requirements for basic IV therapy must be met.
• FDA-approved training for BioLife Medical Support Specialist must be completed.
• Two years in a clinical or hospital setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Determine donor eligibility, including informed consent, education, and screening.
• Evaluate donor reactions and respond to medical emergencies per SOPs.
• Refer to Center Physician or Medical Affairs for medical/guidance issues.
• Support Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees.
• Manage incidents with EHS guidance and assist in investigations when needed.
