Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and stand for the shift.
• Work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Lift up to 5 lbs and occasionally up to 32 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger sticks.
• Use Donor Information System and maintain donor charts.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement per procedures.
• Support donors across varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
