Responsibilities

• Greet donors as they enter/exit the floor.
• Perform venipuncture and operate plasmapheresis equipment.
• Monitor donors and manage potential reactions.
• Set up, verify, operate, and troubleshoot plasmapheresis equipment.
• Install, prime, and disconnect disposable sets on machines.
• Stock supplies and uphold safety/disposal procedures.
• Record donor vital signs and DIS data.
• Coordinate donors to the floor and compensate using Debit Card system.
• Identify operational improvements with center management.
