You will monitor donors, manage reactions, and ensure accurate data entry into the donor information system. The position requires a high school diploma, ability to stand for long periods, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand/walk for the shift.
• 1+ years in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors as they enter and exit the donor floor.
• Perform venipuncture and operate plasmapheresis equipment.
• Monitor donors during donation and manage reactions.
• Set up, verify, operate, and troubleshoot plasmapheresis equipment.
• Install, prime, and disconnect disposable sets on plasmapheresis machines.
• Stock supplies and assist with disposal.
• Record vital signs and donor data in the DIS system.
• Coordinate donors and provide compensation via Debit Card system.
• Support center operations and process improvements (5S, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen).
