Grifols in Sarasota, FL is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee donor flow, supervise production staff and ensure center operations meet regulatory standards. You will maintain compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA and cGMP, supervise testing, record-keeping, training, and reporting, while coordinating with Center Manager to keep the facility in good order and donor satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Certified as a Phlebotomist, Donor Processor, Plasma Processor, and Designated Trainer.
• Typically requires 4 years of related experience with phlebotomy, donor processing, and plasma processing duties.

Responsabilités

• Maintain the ability to perform tasks within the plasma center and supervise donor flow.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, cGMP and internal procedures.
• Supervise donor selection, plasma collection and manufacturing records.
• Attend required trainings and staff meetings.
• Submit timely reports and assist in center finances and training.
• Train new employees and coordinate with other service areas to ensure documentation and quality.
• Build rapport with donors to support satisfaction and long-term donations.
