Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Frequent bending, reaching and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to walk and stand for entire shift.
• Fine motor coordination and depth perception to monitor equipment.
• Glove use due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Lead Inventory Control and operational efforts.
• Work with donors to resolve concerns.
• Analyze opportunities related to non-conforming events.
• Perform tasks in Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
• Foster teamwork and resolve conflicts.
