Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited is seeking a Center Manager reporting professional to oversee staff and ensure production goals while maintaining regulatory compliance. You will train staff, manage performance, and support the management team in achieving cost objectives.

The role involves working in donor production areas and delivering customer service. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year in a regulated industry, weekend/extended hours and possible travel,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree is desired.
• Minimum of one year of relevant work experience in a regulated industry.
• Ability to work weekends and extended work periods; occasional travel.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Must be mobile for an entire work shift and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Fine motor coordination and depth perception; monitor equipment from a distance.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the selection of new team members and management within the center and train staff.
• Foster teamwork and provide feedback on performance including initiating disciplinary action.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local and company-specific rules and quality requirements.
• Participate in correction and prevention of audit findings and prepare routine reports for management.
• Work in different production roles on the donor floor and provide customer service.
