Job summary

Takeda is seeking a role focused on the general management of employees in the production areas, with daily interaction with donors. The successful candidate will oversee performance, scheduling, and inventory control while ensuring high-quality plasma collection is conducted safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include handling Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing tasks, resolving donor concerns, and promoting teamwork and clear communication across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and AED certification.
• Frequent bending and reaching.
• Ability to walk and stand for entire shift, lifting up to 32 pounds and occasional up to 50 pounds.
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance.
• Prolonged glove wear due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Lead Inventory Control efforts and operational activities.
• Work with donors to resolve concerns.
• Analyze opportunities related to non-conforming events.
• Perform tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
• Foster teamwork, communicate, and resolve conflicts.
