Job summary

Takeda is seeking a Center Manager-level candidate to oversee donor floor production teams and drive center performance in Georgia. You will partner with the Center Manager to meet production and cost goals while ensuring regulatory and quality compliance.

The role includes staff selection, training, and performance feedback in a fast-paced environment. The position emphasizes teamwork, operational audits, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver safe plasma products and excellent donor

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; additional degrees preferred.
• One year of relevant experience in a regulated industry or equivalent.
• Willingness to work weekends and extended periods; occasional travel.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Must be mobile for an entire work shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and monitor equipment from a distance.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the selection of new team members and management within the center; train staff.
• Foster teamwork and provide performance feedback; initiate disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local and company rules covering quality, safety, and daily activities.
• Participate in addressing audit findings and prepare routine reports for management.
• Work in different production roles on the donor floor and provide customer service.
