Job summary

Grifols currently seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead plasma center operations in Wichita, KS. You will oversee donor flow, ensure compliance with FDA/OSHA/CLIA/cGMP, and supervise documentation and training to maintain quality standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with relevant certifications and about four years of related experience in phlebotomy and plasma processing. This is a full‑time on‑site position with a focus on safety and process excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; certifications as Phlebotomist, Donor Processor, Plasma Processor and Designated Trainer.
• Typically requires 4 years of related experience with phlebotomy, donor processing and plasma processing duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the ability to perform any/all tasks within the plasma center; supervise donor flow.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, cGMP and company procedures.
• Supervise donor selection, plasma collection, and records to maintain production standards.
• Attend required training sessions and meetings; ensure accurate documentation.
• Assist in training new employees and retraining current staff.
• Maintain clean, well‑organized facilities and functioning equipment.
• Submit timely, accurate reports; assist in donor funds control.
• Build rapport with donors to support long‑term donations.
