Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Willingness to travel up to 90–100% during the Trainee Program.
• Relocation required and ability to work at various BioLife locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a diverse team of 20+ direct reports.
• Drive staff development, performance reviews, and recruitment support.
• Support operations across plasma centers and assist with process improvements.
• Provide exceptional donor service and assist with travel logistics.
