BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Senior Operations Management Trainee to join its national program. You will rotate through plasma centers, learn operations leadership, travel up to 95% during training, and prepare for a Plasma Center Operations Manager role with relocation after graduation.

The program emphasizes hands-on leadership, team management, staff planning and recruitment, and direct exposure to senior management.

Formación

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 90–100% during trainee program.
• Ability to manage and develop a diverse team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfort with lifting up to 32 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and motivate a diverse team at plasma centers.
• Conduct performance reviews and staff development.
• Participate in staff planning and recruitment.
• Relocate to operate brand new plasma centers after graduation.
• Coordinate with senior management during the program.
• Travel extensively across BioLife centers while in training.
