Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Senior Operations Management Trainee to join an advanced leadership development program across plasma centers nationwide, with up to 95% travel. After completion, you’ll relocate to a BioLife location to assume a Plasma Center Operations Manager role.

The six-month accelerated training plus mentorship leads to accelerated career growth and potential openings for new plasma centers, all within a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Relocation required upon graduation/completion of Trainee Program; you will choose location.
• 3–5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Up to 90–100% travel during the Trainee Program.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Willingness to travel and work at various BioLife locations across the country.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Have a valid driver’s license for the entire duration of the program.
• Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
• Ability to lift up to 5 lbs., with occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.

Responsibilities

• Continuous Learning & Development: The expedited training program lasts approximately six months with mentorship and hands-on experience.
• Team Management: Cultivate a positive environment, provide employee feedback, conduct performance reviews, and participate in staffing.
• Career Advancement: Progress toward Plasma Center Operations Manager and potential to open new plasma centers.
