Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Senior Operations Management Trainee to enter an advanced leadership program, rotating through plasma centers nationwide. The role emphasizes hands-on learning, mentorship, and rapid progression to a Plasma Center Operations Manager.

The program requires 3–5 years leading large teams, extensive travel (up to 100%), and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with relocation as needed for placements.

Qualifications

• Relocation required upon graduation and for trainee locations.
• 3–5 years leading medium to large teams (20+ reports).
• Up to 90–100% travel during the trainee program.
• Ability to walk/stand for the entire shift.
• Willingness to travel to BioLife locations nationwide.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Participate in an advanced leadership development program lasting six months.
• Develop a plan to obtain a Plasma Center Manager position within 12 months.
• Gain hands-on experience and mentorship while learning the business.
• Support operations, conduct training, and engage senior management.
• Assist with donor services and production as needed.
• Travel nationwide to learn across centers and build networks.
