Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, seeks a Senior Operations Management Trainee to join its leadership development program. You will travel to plasma centers nationwide, mentor teams, and develop toward a Plasma Center Operations Manager role.

The program emphasizes hands-on leadership, donor service, and cross-location collaboration. Relocation is expected after completion, with opportunities to open new plasma centers as you progress.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Willingness to travel up to 90–100% during the Trainee Program.
• Ability to stand or walk for the full shift.
• Willingness to travel and work at various locations nationwide.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 5 lbs. with occasional higher lifts.

Responsibilities

• Participate in an advanced leadership development program that travels to plasma centers nationwide.
• Lead and motivate teams, provide feedback and conduct performance reviews.
• Progress toward a Plasma Center Operations Manager role through mentorship and networking.
• Support operational tasks and drive continuous improvement in high-volume plasma centers.
• Support exceptional donor service and production activities as needed.
• Travel frequently and network with BioLife leaders; can return home every other weekend.
