Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services seeks a Center Manager in Training to join its Senior Operations Management Trainee program. You’ll travel to plasma centers nationwide and participate in an accelerated leadership development path, preparing you for a Plasma Center Operations Manager role.

Relocation is required upon graduation, with opportunities to relocate to BioLife centers. The program emphasizes hands-on learning, mentorship, and rapid career growth in a fast-paced, compliant environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Willingness to relocate across BioLife locations after training.
• Ability to travel up to 90–100% during the trainee program.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license for the duration of the program.
• Ability to stand/walk for the full shift and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Engage in an expedited six-month training program followed by 12 months to obtain a Plasma Center Manager position.
• Lead and develop a diverse team, conduct performance reviews, and support staff planning.
• Network with senior leaders and coordinate across BioLife centers nationwide.
• Provide operational support, problem solving, and trainee mentorship.
• Drive exceptional donor experiences and assist with production when needed.
• Travel across the country and relocate to a BioLife center after completing the program.
