Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Certified as a Phlebotomist, Donor Processor, Plasma Processor, and Designated Trainer.
• Typically requires 4 years of related experience with phlebotomy, donor processing, and plasma processing duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ability to perform all tasks within the plasma center and supervise donor flow.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, cGMP, and internal SOPs.
• Supervise donor selection, plasma collection and manufacturing records to meet production standards.
• Attend required training sessions and meetings; ensure thorough documentation of records.
