Job summary

Grifols in Fresno, CA is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee donor flow, ensure compliance with FDA, CLIA, cGMP, OSHA, and maintain accurate documentation in a plasma center.

You will train staff, manage reports, coordinate with the Center Manager, and support facility operations while upholding safety and quality standards; prior phlebotomy and plasma processing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Phlebotomist/Donor/Plasma Processor and Designated Trainer certifications preferred.
• Typically 4 years of related phlebotomy, donor processing and plasma processing experience.
• Regulatory compliance knowledge including FDA, CLIA, OSHA and cGMP procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise donor flow and maintain production standards in the plasma center.
• Ensure compliance with FDA/CLIA/OSHA/cGMP procedures and internal SOPs.
• Train and develop staff; prepare accurate reports and maintain documentation.
