Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary in Largo, FL, seeks a production-area supervisor to oversee staff performance, scheduling, and donor interactions. You will drive inventory control and resolve issues related to non-conforming events while supporting medical history, phlebotomy, and sample processing workflows.

The role requires CPR/AED certification and the ability to lift weights up to 50 pounds, with a focus on teamwork and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CPR and AED certification are required.
• Frequent bending and reaching; ability to walk/stand for entire shift; able to lift up to 32 pounds and occasionally 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling in production areas.
• Lead Inventory Control and drive operational improvement initiatives.
• Work with donors to resolve concerns and ensure donor safety.
• Analyze opportunities related to non-conforming events in operations.
• Perform tasks in Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas as needed.
• Foster teamwork, communicate effectively, and resolve conflicts.
