Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of supervisory or leadership experience in plasma/blood centers.
• High School Diploma or GED required; higher degrees desirable.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of FDA regulations, OSHA, CLIA, IQPP Standards, cGMP, and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily plasma center operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
• Develop daily staffing assignments based on donor volume and business needs.
• Coach and mentor staff to meet performance goals and quality standards.
• Monitor donor flow, productivity and operational metrics to achieve center goals.
• Participate in training, performance evaluations, and CAPA processes.
