Job summary

You will work under the Center Manager and Center Physician, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and providing center-level EHS support for environmental health and safety matters.

Qualifications

• State-licensed LPN/LVN in the state of responsibility.
• Current CPR and AED certification.
• FDA training requirements for BioLife Medical Support Specialist completed.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility including informed consent, medical history, and acceptance requirements.
• Evaluate donor reactions and follow SOPs for medical emergencies and donor transport to care facilities.
• Refer to Center Physician or Medical Affairs for guidance on medical or technical issues and donor safety.
• Support Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees.
• Manage employee incidents with EHS guidance and refer to occupational health when needed.
