BioLife Plasma Services in Broken Arrow, OK is seeking a Medical Support Specialist to support plasma center operations and ensure donor safety and regulatory compliance.

You will determine donor eligibility, review lab results, and manage adverse events under the supervision of the Center Manager and Center Physician. A background in clinical settings and current CPR/AED certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must meet donor eligibility requirements.
• Review lab results and donor safety.
• Follow SOPs for medical emergencies.
• Coordinate with Center Physician and Medical Affairs.

Responsabilités

• Determine donor eligibility, including informed consent, medical history, and testing requirements.
• Evaluate donor reactions and manage emergencies per SOPs; assist with center physician standing orders.
• Refer to Center Physician or Medical Affairs for guidance on medical issues or donor safety.
• Support Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees where applicable.
• Manage employee incidents and determine if further evaluation by occupational health/ER is needed.

Clinical/hospital experience

Regulatory knowledge

Formation

High school diploma or equivalent

EMT-B/EMT-A/EMT-I/EMT-P license

RN/LPN/LVN license
