Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services seeks a Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse) in Camp Hill, PA. You will determine donor eligibility, manage donor safety, review test results, and transport donors when needed, under supervision of the Center Manager and Center Physician.

Role requires RN/NP/PA license, CPR/AED cert, and hospital experience, with BioLife providing center-level EHS support and vaccination program involvement.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active state RN, NP, or PA license.
• Current CPR and AED certification.
• Fulfill state requirements for basic IV therapy.
• Two years of clinical or hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility including informed consent, medical history, and physical exam.
• Assess donor reactions and manage medical emergencies per SOPs.
• Refer complex cases to Center Physician or Medical Affairs.
• Support vaccination programs for employees and assist EHS as needed.
