Qualifications

• Two years in a clinical or hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility including informed consent, AIDS education, self-exclusion, medical history interview and acceptance requirements.
• Evaluate donor reaction(s) and manage medical emergencies per SOPs; arrange transport when needed.
• Refer to Center Physician or Medical Affairs for guidance on abnormal findings.
• Support Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees.
• Manage employee incidents with EHS guidance; act as Pandemic Coordinator when authorized.
