Qualifications

• Meet FDA approved training for BioLife Medical Support Specialist.
• Two years in a clinical or hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility, including informed consent, history, physicals, and testing.
• Evaluate donor reactions and manage medical emergencies per SOPs.
• Refer complex medical issues to Center Physician or Medical Affairs.
• Support vaccination programs (Hepatitis B, Seasonal Flu) for employees.
• Oversee occupational health-related incidents with EHS guidance.
