Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; state nursing program credential.
• Currently licensed as LPN/LVN in the responsible state.
• CPR and AED certification current.
• Minimum two years in a clinical or hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility including informed consent and medical history.
• Evaluate donor reactions and manage medical emergencies per SOPs.
• Refer to Center Physician or Medical Affairs for guidance on medical issues.
• Support vaccination programs for employees as applicable.
• Manage employee incidents and coordinate with EHS when needed.
• Possible pandemic coordinator responsibilities when authorized.
