BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, seeks a Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse) in Fort Worth, TX. You will determine donor eligibility, review test results, and manage donor safety under supervision, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and center policies.

In this role you will support center operations, assist with adverse events, and collaborate with the Center Manager, Center Physician, and Medical Affairs.

Qualificações

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent including a nursing program credential.
• Active LPN/LVN license in the state of responsibility.
• Current CPR and AED certification are required.

Responsabilidades

• Determine donor eligibility, including informed consent and medical history review.
• Evaluate donor reactions and manage medical emergencies per SOPs.
• Refer to Center Physician or Medical Affairs for any unacceptable findings.
• Support Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees.
• Manage patient safety and donor transport as needed under EHS guidance.
