Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a part-time Plasma Center Medical staff member in Caguas, PR to evaluate donor suitability for automated pheresis and administer immunizations. The role supports the Center Medical Director and responds to donor medical questions.

Responsibilities include reviewing donor histories, communicating with staff, and ensuring safety protocols. A current licensure in paramedic, nursing, PA, or medical school is required, with EMT or foreign medical degree routes considered.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure from a paramedic, nursing, physician assistant, chiropractic, naturopathic training program or medical school required.
• Completion of a foreign allopathic or osteopathic medical school and only if also currently licensed as a physician or certified as an EMT in the state.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate donor suitability for automated pheresis procedures.
• Administer and supervise approved immunizations.
• Provide limited emergency medical care to donors and staff.
• Promote positive customer relations with donors.
• Conduct confidential donor interviews to assess suitability.
