Job summary

CSL Plasma in Ohio is seeking a friendly Donor Center Associate to welcome donors and guide them through the registration and screening process.

You will perform health checks, document donor information, and educate donors about the donation process and center policies while ensuring confidentiality and safety.

Full-time role requiring a high school diploma and at least three months of clerical or customer service experience; bilingual abilities may be a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three months experience in clerical or customer service roles, preferably in medical settings.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and verify eligibility during registration.
• Assist donors in screening procedures per SOPs, including health history and basic questions.
• Explain donation process, tests, appointment system, and center policies to donors.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic management system.
• Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate staff.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow HSE/OSHA policies.
• Maintain donor confidentiality and be cross-trained as needed.
