Octapharma Plasma is seeking a Donor Center professional to evaluate donor eligibility for automated plasmapheresis. This role includes administering immunizations per state regulations and SOPs, with limited emergency care and adherence to cGMP and regulatory guidelines.

The candidate will work across operational areas, maintaining documentation and collaborating with physicians to ensure donor safety and program quality.

Qualifications

• Graduate healthcare professionals with licensure or certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate donor eligibility through medical history reviews, physical assessments, and informed consent.
• Review and verify donor information, immunization records, and test results in the donor management system.
• Classify donors into programs and monitor for adverse reactions, providing care as trained and licensed.
• Consult with center Licensed Physician on abnormal results and eligibility concerns.
• Maintain documentation such as physician communication logs and donor eligibility assessments.
• Train as a Donor Center Technician I and serve as QA Backup when needed.
• Mentor and train new Medical Professionals as a Designated Trainer.
• Support center compliance with SOPs, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a donor-focused environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
