Job summary

Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a Donor Center clinician to evaluate donor eligibility for automated plasmapheresis and to administer approved immunizations in accordance with state SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

The role includes supervision of donor records, collaboration with physicians, and training responsibilities as a designated trainer to support workforce development. A state-licensed healthcare professional with CPR certification is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a recognized healthcare-related program (Physician, RN, LPN, or EMT) with active licensure.
• At least 1 year of experience in hospital, field care, or plasma center settings.
• Ability to work day, evening, weekend, holiday, and extended shifts.
• Current CPR certification and state license/certification as allowed by state.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate donor eligibility via medical history reviews, physical assessments, and informed consent per SOPs, FDA, CLIA and cGMP.
• Review and verify donor information, immunization records, and test results in NexLynk.
• Monitor for adverse reactions and provide care as allowed by training/licensure.
• Consult with center Licensed Physician on abnormal results and immunization orders.
• Maintain accurate documentation including Donor Eligibility assessments and logs.
