Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a plasma donor screener with phlebotomy responsibilities. You will greet donors, record vital signs, screen donors, and support center operations under the Plasma Center Manager.

The role requires good customer service, flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays, and includes day-one benefits, paid training, and opportunities for advancement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk/stand for the shift and lift up to 32 lbs occasionally.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System; prepare donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for center process improvements per procedures.
• Work varying shifts including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
