Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Mount Pleasant, WI is seeking a part-time donor screener with phlebotomy responsibilities to support plasma center operations. You will engage donors, perform vital signs, and maintain accurate records while working a flexible schedule.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and customer service as essential contributions to patient care and our plasma collection program. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.
• Ability to walk and stand for the shift and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor and staff safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Maintain donor charts and coordinate donor compensation in the system.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements using approved procedures.
• Work shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
