Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility, consent, medical history, and screening tests.
• Evaluate donor reactions and manage medical emergencies per SOPs.
• Refer to Center Physician or Medical Affairs for guidance on medical issues.
• Support vaccination programs for employees (Hepatitis B and seasonal flu).
• Assist with occupational health guidance and EHS-compliant incident handling.
