Qualifications

• Four or more years of operations experience, including two or more years in a management role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of operational processes, hazards, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe plant operations and ensure safety programs and training.
• Ensure compliance with governmental and corporate policies and close audit items.
• Support audits and manage regulatory actions to zero violations.
• Analyze root causes of failures and escalate as needed.
• Schedule and manage maintenance to minimize downtime and achieve reliability targets.
