Linde Inc. is seeking an Standards Plants Operations Supervisor in OK or TX to oversee day-to-day operations, including technical, production, and maintenance staff. You will recruit, train, and manage contracted work while optimizing workflows and resources to maximize efficiency and safety.

You will ensure SOP adherence, monitor performance, and lead improvement plans for production processes and training. This role emphasizes collaboration, leadership, and career development.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of operations experience.
• Ability to lead day-to-day operations across technical, production and maintenance staff.
• Strong communication and computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, online databases).

• Ensure employee adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and safety policies while monitoring employee activity, output, and performance

• Set employee performance expectations, provide guidance and feedback, and support career progression and performance improvement

What Makes You Great

• You have an Associate degree or equivalent experience and five or more years of operations experience, with the ability to lead day-to-day operations across technical, production, maintenance, and other staff
• Recruit, select, orient, and train new employees, oversee contracted work, and ensure area production and activities are completed efficiently
• Moreover, strong good communication skills and computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and online databases
• Resolve workflow problems and conflicts by organizing work to maximize personnel and material resources, while ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and safety policies
• Identify issues and lead improvement plans for production processes, overtime levels, and training. Address or elevate equipment, product quality, and delivery issues as required
• You are capable of setting employee performance expectations, providing guidance and feedback, monitoring performance, and supporting career progression and improvement
