Qualifications

• Ability to perform manual labor.

• Experience with power tools and other equipment preferred.
• Ability to follow specific instructions and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Plant trees, shrubs, and other plants according to landscape plans and specifications.
• Ensure proper fertilization and planting techniques.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks.
• Assist with loading and unloading plants, tools, and equipment.
• Use PPE and safety gear as required.
• Understand and adhere to safety protocols including Blue Stake/811.
• Demonstrate availability to work any day of the week.
