Baxter Healthcare is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform high-level building systems and equipment operation and maintenance for our Drug Delivery and Penicillin buildings. You will ensure preventive and predictive maintenance is completed on time, monitor alarms, and respond to conditions before they impact plant operations.

You will lead maintenance activities, work independently, and follow plant procedures to support reliable manufacturing operations in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with multiple maintenance disciplines (mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing).
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment problems systematically and perform repairs.
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools and read technical manuals.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on facility equipment and utility systems.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and related systems (RTUs, AHUs, split systems).
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Perform general facility repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, lighting, doors).
• Replace components such as filters, belts, motors, compressors, sensors, and contactors.
• Read and interpret manuals, drawings, schematics, and technical documents for troubleshooting and repairs.
• Maintain boiler and cooling tower equipment and chemical treatment programs.
