Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform hands-on repairs.
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
• Able to read manuals, schematics, drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on facility equipment and utilities.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair RTUs, AHUs, split systems, vents.
• Troubleshoot and maintain mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing systems.
• Perform general facility repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.).
• Replace filters, belts, motors, sensors, contactors.
• Read equipment manuals and blueprints to support repairs.
• Maintain boilers and cooling towers; chemical treatment programs.
