Job summary

Baxters North America in Cincinnati, OH, seeks a Site Services Technician to maintain, operate, and repair plant utilities, HVAC, and electrical systems, ensuring reliable production and compliance with GMP and safety standards.

You will work with CMMS and SCADA/BMS systems, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot faults, read P&IDs, follow LOTO procedures, and collaborate with production and quality teams to safeguard product safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in industrial utilities, mechanical maintenance, or plant operations.
• Ability to read and understand P&IDs, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Familiarity with LOTO, confined space, and permit-to-work safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, operate, and repair facility utilities, HVAC, and electrical systems to ensure reliable production.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs; troubleshoot faults to minimize downtime.
• Use CMMS to document work orders and keep accurate maintenance logs.
• Monitor systems via SCADA/BMS and report abnormalities or trends.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and support teams to uphold product safety and efficiency.
• Follow safety, GMP, and food safety policies and procedures.
