Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Planner to support plant operations in Round Lake, IL.

You will plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance to keep facility equipment and systems running safely and reliably. Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams and vendors, managing spares and contracts, and ensuring GDP-compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• CMMS experience required (Maximo or similar).
• Strong planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance per program.
• Coordinate corrective and emergency maintenance activities.
• Receive and triage requests from functional groups and schedule work.
• Identify and implement maintenance program improvements.
• Identify and procure materials and spare parts.
• Manage contracts and billing for contractors and services.
• Prepare, review and reconcile documentation per GDP standards.
