Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required or equivalent experience
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating instructions
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Basic math skills including fractions and decimals
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 70 lbs

Responsibilities

• Read job specs to determine machine adjustments and material needs
• Observe dryer operation and adjust to maintain set parameters
• Perform routine labor tasks and safe housekeeping
• Start machinery for daily production
• Conduct basic machine maintenance as needed
• Work in a team to meet production goals
