Oldcastle APG, a CRH company, is seeking a production operator to operate and maintain concrete production machinery in a manufacturing environment in Utah. The role requires safe operation, attentive quality checks, and the ability to follow procedures.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience operating similar equipment, a high school diploma or GED, and be prepared for pre-employment drug screening and background checks. Cross-training opportunities may be available.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing/industrial environment experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend documents such as safety procedures, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Pre-employment drug screening and background check required.
• Lift up to 75 lbs. and work in dusty, hot or cold conditions.

Responsabilités

• Operate and maintain concrete handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect the quality of products according to standards and adjust settings as necessary.
• Detect and report equipment malfunctions and quality issues to Plant Supervisor.
• Assist in maintaining accurate production flow and reporting.
• Perform machine clean-up, setup, and other functions for product changes.
• Execute daily and business fundamentals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Plant Manager, Supervisor, and Lead Machine Operator.
• Willing to cross-train on other aspects of the production process.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
